1. Terms and Conditions of Booking 1. Definitions “Owner,” “we,” “us,” “our”: Refers to Hynvest Ltd, the property owner/manager. “Guest,” “you,” “your”: Refers to the person making the booking and all members of the rental party. “Property”: The accommodation located at [Property Address].
2. Contract By completing a booking, you agree to enter into a contract with us and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
3. Booking & Payment A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and cleared full payment. We require full payment immediately to confirm the booking. Failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation of the held dates. All payments are to be made via the methods specified on our website/invoice (e.g., bank transfer). The Guest making the booking must be at least 21 years of age and will be responsible for the entire party.
4. Guest Responsibilities The Guest agrees to: Comply with all House Rules (which form part of this contract). Use the Property solely for its intended purpose as short-term accommodation. Not sublet the Property. Report any damage or breakdowns to us immediately. Leave the Property in a clean and tidy condition at checkout. The Guest is liable for any loss or damage caused to the Property or its contents by any member of their party during their stay.
5. Our Liability We cannot be held responsible for any temporary defect or breakdown of equipment, machinery, or appliances in the Property, nor for any loss or inconvenience caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., utility failures, weather, natural disasters). We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Right of Entry & Eviction We reserve the right to enter the Property at reasonable times for purposes of inspection or maintenance. We reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund if the Guest is in breach of these Terms, particularly regarding noise, overoccupancy, or parties, and may require the Guest and their party to leave the Property immediately.
7. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Privacy We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, for the purposes of managing your booking.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
